That’s why we founded LegalX. Our team has deep expertise in the legal, financial and technology sectors in Kenya, and we saw a need for a product that could align what businesses want and need from their legal function with the way in-house lawyers work. We have built a state-of-the-art management platform specifically designed for in-house legal teams in Kenya and other Commonwealth and common law jurisdictions in Africa.
We understand the challenges that legal managers face in controlling outside counsel spend while collaborating effectively with external counsel. With LegalX, we offer a holistic solution for managing external counsel relationships, improving transparency, and reducing spend. Our product includes everything in one connected system – matter management, contract repository and lifecycle management, e-billing, spend and external counsel management, knowledge and document management, and analytics and reporting.
